Hop 0 Posted January 15, 2003 Concerning; Windows 2000 - SP3 5.00.2195 Internet Explorer - 6.0.2800.1106 I have three questions; I added a few shortcuts to my IE and Explorer "links" toolbar when two annoying things came to mind. For one, how can you display the icons without text, like the "standard buttons" toolbar? I don't get a customize right-click menu option for any of the other toolbars. Also, how can you change the tooltips on an internet shortcut? There HAS to be a registry tweak for the above two questions. I hope so! 8) Lastly - Is there a registry setting, master file, or whatever that holds "remembers" the information regarding column widths in Windows Explorer? I have the "Folder Options/View - Remember..."setting on, but I want to change a bunch of folders, like maybe a folder and its subfolders. I don't want to change them all, because I have quite a few that are already set the way I like them. This might be useful for saving my folder options and appearances so I can restore them in the event of an OS reinstall. Share this post Link to post
