Preventing ANY error reporting

hello all,

 

I have disbaled error reporting in the "My System" properties and I have also disabled the error reporting service from loading up at all. However, whenever Outlook XP crashes, I STILL get the error reporting pop-up (the one with debug, send , and don't send options) - does anyone know what setting I am missing in turning off so that my system will actually stop asking me anything about error reporting?
