pr0iv2 0 Posted February 7, 2003 logitech wingman rumblepad second joystick not working thats pretty much it i emailed the tech support, got nothing they just told me to get the new drivers then said it was dx8's problem i waited for dx9 and NOOOOOO that was not the problem. is anyone else not being able to use the second joystick? i have 2000 i think it may work in 98 though, so its not the hardware Share this post Link to post
ConQueso 0 Posted February 13, 2003 Will they each detect seperately in each of the different USB ports? Share this post Link to post
pr0iv2 0 Posted February 14, 2003 i found out that its not the joystick's problem its the damn game quake3 AAAAAA!! what a pain! it works fine with the new update of ut2k3 but apparently that's the only game that i have that it works on however, i dont know how to get the joystick to go faster if you hold it the whole way in, and slower if you hold it slightly foward. and what about force feedback? ConQueso 0 Posted February 14, 2003 Don't see why Quake or UT would even bother having single joystick let alone dual joystick support. The main thing that makes FPS better on the PC over consoles is the mouse/keyboard combo. I'd try familiarizing yourself with this combo, as it's much more effective than any joystick setup. pr0iv2 0 Posted February 15, 2003 its more than that, its not just the fact that i can only use 1 joystick its that the other joystick is constantly sending data to turn in other words every time i try to bind a key to the joystick it automatically picks up the second joystick's axis instead, its a real pain.
