ByronT 0 Posted January 6, 2000 In the Applications forum, SHS (the moderator) mentions that the BP6 and BE6 don't have "real" ACPI. To me, that forces two questions: What is "real ACPI"? How do Abit boards differ in their ACPI implementation? (And for you, is your board similar to the BP6 and BE6 such that your BH6 does not have "real" ACPI...) Regards... ------------------ J. z3rg 0 Posted January 6, 2000 I have BH6 1.0 and can hibernate my puter, (ACPI disabled). Only what wasnt working was ATX shut down. I had to enable APM, since that everything work properly Share this post Link to post
SHS 0 Posted January 6, 2000 Maybe this why it dosen't work for me. All devices and add-on card in your system, must fully support ACPI, both hardware and software (drivers). May be this why a few poeple get lucky. Share this post Link to post
