mpeg1 mpeg2 codec??

I'm saving some of my VHS tapes on VCD's with VirtualDub. I have some microsof codecs, divx, xvid but NO mpeg1 or mpeg2 codec. I need mpeg1 for video CD's and mpeg2 for super video cd's. I searched the web for such codecs but cannot find them. Does anyone know where I can find them.
