john.sudall 0 Posted March 8, 2003 Hi All, I've just been "forced" to rebuild my computer and intended to stick with Win 98. However, my new sound card (videologic sonic explosion) drivers wouldn't install on anything older than Win 98 se. I've ended up with Win XP Pro (OEM) and Win 98 dual booting. I now find that I can't install Cubase onto the XP partition (it insists that I need Win 95 or 98 ). Of course I can run it on the Win 98 partition but then my sound card is inactive! I note from your archives that several people have had similar problems in the past with NT or Win 2000 and have managed to solve them. Could any of you rack your brains to put me back on track, please! Many thanks. :x Share this post Link to post
