intel740 cant start opengl in win2k

i'm running 2195 win2k version, it successfully recognized my intel740 video card, but i cant start opengl. Anyone can help me with this?

The Drivers That come with Win2k

Don't bring OGL/D3D support. You Must get it

from Intel. At this moment i think that there aren't I740 Drivers for Win2k
