Can i Use ICS for all Internet conctin without setting ?

I want to use InterNet connection sharing on windows2000 pro or server for all difrnt internet connection without setting of Enable . have any setting so tell to me . problem that when i use difrnt connection every time Enable conection sharing for every connection I want to use ICS without this setting .
