IE Download

I just got an odd request, but yet I have to ask....

 

Is there anywhere that I can download a copy of say IE 5.0 or 5.5 as a standalone? What I mean is that is there anywhere I can download a copy of IE, burn it onto a CD, and install it on my laptop that doesn't have internet access?

If you have an Office 2K or XP CD, IE will be on it. There is a command to get the latest and greatest, but I can't think of it right now (I used it with SMS in the past).
