Which 19' LCD would you get?

Yes, i am going through dell for this as the company said they would pay for part of it so yeah

hope that link works - i am thinking the STYLEPRO Series SDM-S91/B 19-inch Flat Panel LCD - just as i trust sony more then viewsonic or anyone else...

The Dell 1900FP looks just like my Samsung 191T Flat Panel. If that's the case, I would recommend it. It's a very, very bright monitor that has nice contrast and does black very well. Also, I don't care for monitors that have speakers in them, and my friend that has a Sony flat panel has had issues with it not turning on and having a slow refresh in games (mine is fine with Unreal Tournament and Q3).

i recently got a samsung 171s and i'm happy with it so far. does good in 3d graphics too. (NFS HP 2, UNREAL 2, etc.)

great - then looks liike the dell it will be.

 

i do not care for the speakers in them, so that is one extra $$ i don't need - and game srefresh will be important as this is going on my o/c - gaming rig.

21 inches and DVI interface, too expensive.

 

I have heard Dell uses the same Samsung monitors under it's barnd name. can anybody confirm this?

somebody has got to manufacture thoes monitors. does dell make them? ;(
i don't think so. it will be too much trouble. it is justy easier to make a deal with a manufacturer to make them for you. you just print your name on them!! 8)
