Networking Printer in win2k

ahoyhoy,

 

im trying to network a printer (HP Laserjet 1200) between two computers running win2kpro. im also running winroute pro, and when i try to add the printer on the client comp, it gives me an error saying: could not connect to the printer.

it used to work but now it doesnt.

both computers can connect to each other, browse files, and use the internet, but the printer will just not work. it does it on 2 printers, the other a canon s9000.

any help would be hot.

wat do u mean by trying to "add" the printer?

 

r u able to install the drivers and run the printer from one of ur computers? i.e. can u print stuff?
