Disable reading HTML email in Outlook. (Converts to txt)

outlook allows you o specify whether to send in RTF, txt, or HTML. It does not however allow you to disable reading in html hen it is sent that way.

 

Here is how to have it automagically convert the HTML email you receive into txt format before you read it. This is for Outlook not outlook express.

You most definitly can if you use Outlook Express.
