Christianb 8 Posted July 3, 2003 Hi Bobbi Brisco, That can be a lot of different things. Some motherboards automatically reboot if the power gets to low or the system too hot. In Windows 2000/XP there is an option to reboot after a crash. Turn that off and you might see a blue screen rather than the system rebooting without explantation of why. You can simply read the error on the blue screen which will list the crashing file's name and probably figure out what's crashing. Steps to get there: 1. Press Windows (Key on your keyboard) + Pause 2. Click |Advanced| 3. Click [startup and Recovery] 4. Un Check [X] Automatically reboot Good Luck, Christian Share this post Link to post
