PaTiNsAnE 0 Posted July 9, 2003 Hello again, Quick question, have any of you running Windows XP come across this error when you try to use CHKDSK on your C: drive. "Windows was unable to complete the disk check." after it finishes phase 1. Any reason why? Pat Share this post Link to post
jmmijo 1 Posted July 9, 2003 Can't say I have but perhaps you should try and check the Check for Disk Errors checkbox and the test free space checkbox as this will require a restart and upon restart it will then proceed to check the entire partition. This may take a while so either do it over night or when you go do something else Share this post Link to post
