ashirley 0 Posted July 15, 2003 I want to push out updates from windows updates from the server instead of go to each desktop, loging in as admin and going to the windows update website. Is there a way I can push the updates from the server when a work station logs on? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks... Share this post Link to post
DS3Circuit 0 Posted July 15, 2003 http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/windowsupdate/sus/sp1relnotes.asp http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/recommended/susclient/default.asp Service Packs when expanded can be pushed out with GPOs using the update.msi Hotfixes use SUS when the client is installed ... use ADM templates (which are included with SUS) to push it out. Best part ... its free Share this post Link to post
