AHH Disk Cleanup!

Hello,

 

I have a slight problem. Whenever I run Disk Cleanup I get a prompt saying that its calculating how much space it would free if it compressed older files. Its getting to the point where it takes 5-10 mins just to even get into the disk cleanup. Is there any way to stop windows from calculating this information?!
