PCI/USB Game Ports?

Hey guys is there anyway I can add a game port, you know the old style connectors to a new PC?

 

My motherboard has onboard audio but no game port. I really do not want to add in an old PCI Soundblaster or something and use it just for a game port.

I think they game ports by themselves but i havent seen one in years

Nice suggestion, a bit too much money for me, could just buy a new gamepad instead.
