if have windows xp beta version so i cant instal sp1 i have a gigabyte GA-7NNXP motherbord with nforce 2 chip does anyone know how i can get usb 2.0 working

You might try the Win2K drivers on the Gigabyte Website. They don't have an XP version posted just a link to Windows update. You might also check to see which company made the USB chip for your mobo and see if they have drivers to download. Otherwise just pay the Microsoft tax like the rest of us and get a copy of XP with SP1 on the disk. Good luck.
