The old server was only running NT/Linux Compatible and my company homepage. The average CPU usage was around 30-40%. The main problem was the software installation (Red Hat 7.2 with Ensim): 1) PHP crashed random with memory errors (http://www.ntcompatible.com/thread23057-1.html) 2) Sometime Apache crashed during the logrotation reload at 4:00AM in the morning (http://forum.ev1servers.net/showthread.php?threadid=31746) 3) Updates may break the server (http://forum.ev1servers.net/showthread.php?threadid=25172) 4) Red Hat 7.2 end of life 12/31/03 Share this post Link to post
