When ever i hit "new topic" - sends me to index.ph

when ever i hit "new topic" for the first time in a section it takes me back to the index.php everytime!

 

then when i hit it again - it actually start the new topic - this has happend in every section i have tried to start a ne topic in.

I wonder if this has to do with some kind of DNS up[censored] as I've noticed that the ntcompatible.com domain name is missing and only the IP address is listed
