duhmez 0 Posted October 10, 2003 $29 per station for winzip is too much, and for basic zipping/unzipping I don't want to pay for all the machines. Share this post Link to post
Four and Twenty 0 Posted October 10, 2003 if it is for win2k i have a zip file driver that makes the zip files act as folders. Also has an unzip wizard. I basically handle zip files in the same manor as winme an xp do. Share this post Link to post

duhmez 0 Posted October 11, 2003 Great sugestions, I'll check out the LGPL version first. I am huge open sopurce advocates for utilitarian type apps. if anyone is interested, filzip is one I found in my travels. it even suports self extracting archives for free too. It's free in all respects, but no source code. Unlimited use license on any number of pc's, free to copy etc. if you wanna chgeck it out www.filzip.com Share this post Link to post
