mezron 0 Posted October 24, 2003 I'm not sure what your point is... were you expecting something else? If you dig around a bit you'll find stuff from Win95 and probably before. Share this post Link to post
Four and Twenty 0 Posted October 24, 2003 my point is that it is sloppy. someone should have noticed this besides me. particularly someone at Microsoft. Share this post Link to post
Bursar 0 Posted October 24, 2003 I don't know what you're getting at either. Is there a problem with the graphics? Or do you think that MS should redesign all the icons and graphics every time they release a new OS? Share this post Link to post
Four and Twenty 0 Posted October 24, 2003 ok the screen shot is from server 2003. which does have the ability to run the luna theme however by default it is not installed. and the icons for the things like the network conection have all bee redesigned also. I think that the expample should reflect this. Share this post Link to post
Four and Twenty 0 Posted October 24, 2003 the taskbar properties window should look more like this although that is a bit sloppy u get the idea. Share this post Link to post
ViolentGreen 0 Posted October 24, 2003 Well submit it to microsoft as a bug. I'm sure it'll be high on their list to fix. Share this post Link to post
sapiens74 0 Posted October 24, 2003 I agree they should update some of thier older icons. I don't like seeing them on my LCD with cleartype enabled. Share this post Link to post
Mr.Guvernment 0 Posted November 1, 2003 if it works - why change it - also why confuse people with new icons... Also - a Server O/S - most admin's could not care less how the icons look - they are more conerned wth the O/S to function - hence why the theme's are off. Would you prefer a pretty Server O/S - or a working one? If you want pretty icons - use XP. Ithink i would prefer MS working on the inner of an O/S as opposed to the pertty outside.
