sapiens74 0 Posted November 2, 2003 Some can and some can't You have a compatibility tool built in that lets you run some programs in WIn95,98,NT like shells. Your best bet is to try a test machine and see if the programs work Share this post Link to post
Christianb 8 Posted November 2, 2003 Almost all Win16 programs work fine in newer versions of windows. I've had far more luck doing that than running say a Windows 95 program in 2000. If you want Win 3.X compatibility you might want to make sure that Windows is installed at C:\Windows. However the smartest thing to do is just install it and find out.
