win2000 startup screen change?

anyone know how to change the start up screen on win2k, i boot up and get a screen before i get the main desktop screen. It is an old desktop i had??????

Disable your active desktop

 

Reset the bitmap that is now uncovered to what you would like.

 

Re-enable the active desktop to go back.
