UT and 3.69 one more time

Ok so far I have tried 3.66 and 3.68 and could not get D3D or AGP to be detected. Now I have 3.69 and it crashes everytime I run UT. I followed the link to the new 3d3ddrv.dll file, put it in the system folder for UT and it still crashes. Any suggestions?

All I did was install the latest pathces, NOT the dll, and now she works fine
