HELP!! Network doesnt work

I cant get my network-card to work ,, when i select the drivers from the windows2kpro CD(and i know it is the exacly right)it just say "the device cant start(code 10)".. and it has worked befor on W98..i got a :

D-Link DFE-530TX Fats Ethernet

Have you tried installing 2k WITH the card installed, or it still doesn't find it?
