i want ask if some 1 can know who i can find a driver -creative sound blaster pci128 for my pc my fcuking pc delete all shit went i restart so thank Peace

It will help if you look up your product number something like CT4851 (it's on your card)

Your card is probably either model CT4750 or ES3100.

 

Go to http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/

 

There is three windows shown. Pick Soundblaster in the far left one, Choose 16 bit in the middle and select PCI 128 on the right.
