Help - trying to set up Speedstream 3060 on NT4 Server

I'm trying to set up a broadband connection on an NT4 Server. The modem I have is an Efficient Networks Speedstream 3060. I have found the drivers and set the modem up and it appears to all be working correctly except that when I try to connect to my ISP the Init String which was set during the driver installation sets the VPI/VCI to 0,35 (correct for Bell South where I located the drivers). I need to set VPI/VCI to 0,38 to operate in UK. Does anyone have any documentation on the modem init string for this modem and more particularly, how to change it.
