changdan 0 Posted December 13, 1999 I did a clean install with Windows 2000 Pro build 2194 and ran dxdiag. The hardware test for direct3d did not run after the software renderer test. Also 3DMark2000 doesn't run because it needs hardware-support for Direct3D. Has anyone had a different experience with the Matrox Millenium G200? --Dan Share this post Link to post
YuppieScum 0 Posted December 13, 1999 Matrox has released a beta driver set for the G200 and G400 under W2K. They have some 3D h/w acceleration, both D3D and OpenGL. However, use them with care, as they're very flakey. Share this post Link to post
changdan 0 Posted December 14, 1999 I have the latest Matrox beta drives for W2K. I'm having trouble confirming hardware D3D. Dxdiag doesn't see it. 3DMark2000 doesn't see it. Have you any program using hardware D3D running with a Millenium G200 using the new Matrox beta drivers for W2K? Share this post Link to post
