Can't get play a .wmv video.

I received an e-mail with a .wmv video attachment. When I double-click the attachment, the file shows as "open" and "playing", music and voices can be heard, and a still picture appears, There is, however, no movement in the video.

Probably a codec issue:

Running Media Player 9.0xxxx

 

Can't find any codec problem, but I'm not real comfortable playing around in that area anyway.
