Outlook express file attachments are greyed out?

I can't save any attachments because every one of them are grayed out in the attachment area from a received email.

 

I did a fix to this a long time ago, but after a fresh reinstall, I can't remember how, any ideas?

Open Outlook Express, click Tools-Options-Security then uncheck "Do not allow attacments...." then click ok.
