when deleting files from they re appear

i delete file from favorites it goes to recycle bin . i then empty it. when i turn machine back on all the files i deleted come back. whats the trick? thanks ed

when i go to a site and bookmark it i add it to favorites. in favorites i organize the into a folder, when i try to delete the bookmarked folder it deletes the folder and goes to recycle bin. i empty the bin. when i turn my machine on the the folder comes back with all the sites. could there be a virus causing this. i have norton antivirus and panda. thanks ed

i add book make to favorites and then i try to delete. when i turn the computer back on there back in the favorite files. how do i delete them permanantly.
