my mic will not work in cstrike 1.5

hello i hope u can help me i cant hear or use my mic . and i cant c the symbol either

i set up in valve voice tweak it says its fine i have a key binded and marked boxes that dealt with mics and allowing mics in this mod i was wonderin if u could give me some ideas on what the problem might b.. i would be greatly in debt 2 u..
