Anyone Know where a USB mass storage driver is for Win NT?

I have a Memory stick (Lexar media USB jumpdrive 64MB) anyone know where to get a driver? thanx.

I have tried a few third party USB drivers for NT4 but its very hit and miss (mainly miss). What Motherboard/USB controller do you have?
