i got a lifeview 2000/3000 tv card and it does not work

hey, i got mandrake 10.0 and a lifeview 2000/3000 tv card. And the system recognize a phillips boradcast or something like that but im still can see tv.. please help me. i think that linux rocks! but that is the only one thing why im using windows...... help me. i want to erase windows.
