How To Backup Outlook FULL and Outlook Express email article

personally I just make a copy of the whole folder in

C:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

 

and copy it to my backup drive before I do a format then after I just copy the folder back and I have all my messages.
