RobGoo 0 Posted February 2, 2000 bigfitty, A while back you posted this msg: "i just d\l'd the latest nt 4.0 drivers from aureal's site and they work great! they are vers 2.04 they are here: ftp://ftp3.a3d.com/pub/Public/Drivers/Vortex/nt2.04.06.zip they enabled my rear speakers! as with any nt 4.o drivers you get the message that they are not designed for your hardware (or something to that effect) but they seem to work fine. i am using an mx30 with b3" I downloaded these drivers too and when I go to update my drivers it starts to install them and then at the end when it displays the aureal splash screen I get what appears to be a memory dump and my system reboots and the drivers do not take. My question to you is how did you get them to install? I have been trying desperately to get my rear speakers to work on my Aureal SuperQuad 2500 but its still a no go.
