I have not done any updates for linux 9 i really need help. i am trying to help my cousin input chinese so that he can right in chinese is there a program that can do that or something in linux that will do that please help me ;( ;( ;( ;( ;( ;(

you might want to start by getting a copy of one of the Asia-Pacific focused distros
