Installing Rekall

I'm trying to install Rekall. I got thrugh to the configure and after a number of trys seem to have most of the files necessary. One last depends seems to have me stumped. Last line is "checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check your installation and add the correct paths!" Can anyone please figure out what resource or library is needed 'X...'??? I'd really like to make this work

Depending on what distro that you are using, you need to install the x-11 development or x-org development package.

Someone else just confurmed that too. I'll be trying it in a little while.
