Mutton 0 Posted August 6, 2004 Hello, ummm "nervous shuffles of feet", i'm having trouble with my XP, it's always been a bit of an annoyance when playing games, especially those designed to run on DOS, but now, when i play some games (Shogun, The Sims, Microsoft Titles), i will put the CD in the drive, go through autoplay, the game will appear to start, then crash with an error with the .icd file... these games are all real and purchased for, and i have found that a NO-CD patch will make one of the games work, unfortunately i can't find NO-CD patches for all the games... anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
