Can not find an acceptable XP driver for our Mouse Optical Mouse,

We can not find an acceptable XP driver for our Mouse Optical Mouse. I have tried the IBM right from their own site and it and nothing else works successfully. Does anyone know of a good acceptable and compatible IBM driver for their Optical four button Mouse? Thank you,
