fus 0 Posted August 15, 2004 I have a problem with hotmail...hotmail works just fine for me but when my mom tries to login she gets this message: ERROR Due to an internal error your request cannot be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. If you are attempting to reactivate your account, we're sorry but your request cannot be processed at this time. Please do the following: Close all web browser windows. Restart your web browser. I have closed and restarted my web browser and that doesn't do anything...I added my mom's hotmail address to an outlook express account and that didn't work either...any suggestions?
