HP CD Writer+ 7500 Internal

HP CD Writer+ 7500 Internal does not work in Windows 2000

Windows 2000 will not boot after installing its software and shows a blue screen with something about ntoskrnl.exe or something like that.

Also does anyone know how to remove the screen that asks me if I want to boot into Windows 2000 Professional or MS DOS
