iqbalsiraj 0 Posted September 2, 2004 I have an Microsoft Sidewinder Gamepad, the gameport one, and bought a USB to Gameport adapter, so I thought it would work on my new PC. Turns out it doesnt, and the Sidewinder doesnt have any drivers for it to run on XP. Can somebody please give me a clue on what to do. Share this post Link to post
peterh 1 Posted September 3, 2004 XP does have a driver built in, goto Start, Settings, Control Panel, Game Controllers, click Add and select 'Microsoft Sidewinder (Auto Detect)' from the list. Otherwise I suggest getting a USB version. Share this post Link to post
