Outllook Express and Multiple PCs

We have had (till now) two pcs "sharing" messages in OE just fine: ALL messages come into both computers' inbox. Now we have added a laptop and a problem has arisen: if we use the laptop to access messages in OE, then those accessed messages will NOT subsequently appear in either inbox of our other two pcs.

 

I am not talking about deleted messages, but "active" ones still in the Inbox.

 

Can anyone help?

Under Tools > Options, click on the Read tab and uncheck "Automatically download Message when reading in the Preview Pane"
