XP service pack 2 Carmaggedon problems

I installes servie pack 2 yesterday and now I cant play carmaggedon 2 anymore, i installes the patch about a month ago but now it doest work anymore??? what can I do?

What does it do when you try to run it?

 

Carmageddon 2 won't run if you have any USB game devices installed (joysticks or gamepads)
