Kay Levinson 0 Posted September 23, 2004 When I or anyone in my office who is using Outlook Express and is creating a new email message, we type the first few letters of the name of the person we are sending the email to. The name pops up but is not recognized by Outlook Express. It has a question mark by it. If you double click on the name in the To: field where the address book is, the name will be entered and recognized. I wonder why all of a sudden this is happening to everyone in our agency(of 500 people) Kay Levinson Share this post Link to post
