what server typ i need?

hello guy,i have 100 user and have 10 branch office all branch must link back to HQ and all process with data and remote access is 24 hours process. the problem are here i no sure what server typ i should buy...and how many processor,RAM,HD i need?hope have some guy can give me some idea.
