command&conquer generals with black backround

I have two problems..

 

when I installd my win xp pro it workt greate...

but after I isntalt servpack2

al the background are BLACK (so I only see the units and buildings)

 

I have tryd isntalld new drivers to my grafic card but it dåsent help..

 

and the second problem is that the game lagging even if you have a good computer
