HENCE APPARTLY NO SOUND CARD BUT WHEN I GO TO ADD NEW HARDWARE IT SAYS THERES ONE INSTALLED BUT HAS A PROBLEM... THEN SAYS IN DRIVER PROPERTIES.. DRIVER FOR THIS DEVICE IS NOT INSTALLED TO REINSTAL CLICK REINSTAL I DO THAT... AND ITS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE DRIVER??? peterh 1 Posted November 9, 2004 The built in drivers in 98 are too old for your card. Install latest drivers for card from the web. Since you haven`t specified what card you have, you need to either check manuals or look in the machine! Share this post Link to post
